Good win by the Spartans. our Defense just couldn't keep us in the game.

I still have a lot of respect for Denard, especially his arm. The 3 INT's aside, he had no help from his receivers. And as mentioned, I'd love to see Martin wearing green. He's a hell of a player.

That was rough. This team can't afford turnovers. Bad reads by drob in the red zone couldn't be overcome.

If it was just one player, you should be able to stop him, right? They aren't great at rb right now, but Roundtree, Hemingway, and Stonum are each better than any wr MSU can throw out there. Plus Odoms and Grady, they've got guys that make plays in space.

Wasn't my point. You said it was a one man show, but this offense has playmakers at wr.

That was before the season started. All MSU receivers/tes have done since then is drop passes and plead guilty.

I went to UofM and I'm a fan.. PS I'll be there saturday tailgating when they win.

How did those playmaking WR's work out for ya?

:D

Yeah, Michigan's receivers didn't play well yesterday. Hopefully they don't steal any computers to make themselves look really bad.

After the first pick, Drob looked pretty tentative for a while.

But really, with even a normal defense, this game would have been different. But Michigan doesn't have a normal defense, they have an all time historically terrible defense. The offense was pressing because they knew they had to match scores and instead they had two redzone turnovers. Without those the game is close, and Robinson doesn't force the ball downfield later in the second half.

But State's D definitely played better than I thought they could.

Nah - their players didn't steal any computers... But a bunch of U of M fans were ejected from the game, and a few were arrested (urinating in public, abuse of a controlled substance, trespassing......) during the game... :)

so lets say 100 ppl out of 112,000 got arrested...thats not bad considering the large amount of drinking and hype this game had. And you do know that alot of MSU fans where there too. You wanna make a bet that more drunken assholes got arrested in east lansing last night that fans did at the game? Come on i dare you.

That's fine. But you don't see MSU students pissing on their own stadium.

Hmm....read the report, I don't see anything specific about Michigan fans getting ejected. I did see that the police dealt with 40 less people than they did at the game 2 years ago.

FWIW, Fans get ejected every game. A day of drinking plus the madness of 100k plus in the area of one stadium doesn't always mix.

And you saw Michigan students pissing on theirs?

are people seriously suggesting that there's never been a Spartan arrested for urinating in public at their stadium? I'd have to wager it happens at every home game, for every school out there, with one of their own students. Uh, that's college.

I would have kicked him off my Fantasy team. He's useless with 3int.
