Brakes came in today. I'll be picking up my housing and axles thursday. Centersection is being put together right now. 35 spline pinion, pro gear, etc.

Things with adkins fell through so we picked up a Wolfe torque arm and a set of BMR LCAs. The housing is a moser piece, backbraced.

Need to do some adjustment with the LCA, but that's how it will tuck. That's with the rotor and everything on.

Thanks man! That hood is long gone! VFN came out with a new version that I bought. I'm actually going to Chi next weekend to pick it up along with my dash.

By the end of the week we should have the fuel side of things all finished, cell to carb.

You can actually see both VFN hoods in this pic. The one we had is the same as the one on the black car. The new hood we are using is the one on the red car.

with the stock displacement engine thats in the car now we are hitting it with two stages of nitrous. With the iron block stuff, who knows. We will cross that bridge when the time comes.

nice, the new one looks much less aggressive but at the same time looks a lot cleaner and smoother flowing on the car.

It makes it a lot easier to see from the drivers seat as well. It offers the same view as the extended sunoco style for the camaros. After driving camaro396's car I had to make a change.

yeah i can imagine that the first one would be a PITA on the streets, making a right turn would be no fun at all haha.

I'm not really too concerned with driving this car on the street actually. I was just more concerned with being able to see while making a pass. I was looking to pick up another ls1 powered Fbody for street fun, but with the prices of C5 vettes coming down so much I might just go that route.
