2000 formula firebird project

We are getting there! It's actually starting to come together and look like a car again! thanks for the kind words, guys.

so lemme see here. if the car is moving forward again, then "george fucking clooney" here either got married, or broke up with his g/f.....

j/k trig........:buds:

Pulled the rear out today, painted it and then I got the calipers on. Everything is ready to go back up under the car and have brake lines made up.

HAHAHA Nope, this one actually supports my addiction. She would rather have the car go down the track than take a vacation. She's a keeper!

Wolfe torque arm, LCAs and a few other odds and ends showed up. We should be racing this spring. The ignition should be here tomorrow, so we can play with that over the weekend.

Just a truck motor, some TRWs and iron heads. 8.5:1 or something like that. :icon_lol:

Good work. Thought you were thinking a 454 windsor lmao. I thought you were serious about a ford motor till you said a 454 windsor :). Keep up the good work!

Steve from Burkhart chassis has great customer service. Motor plates (BBC), mid plate, CM crossmember for the p/g and the parachute mount are all coming from him.

Oh and thanks to Scott for setting me up with the backbraced narrowed 9" housing, 35 spline axles, 5/8th inch studs etc.
