Worked our asses off to get the U.S.A. to import the vehicle so i could get it registed to drive on the street......fat chance! US customs bluewater bridge shot that down cuz of a DOT inspection. Oh well..............Mission is aborted and vehicle will be parted out. :(

Soon to come.....Wife's build: Hot Pink 1997 Mustang Cobra SBF,C4<<<<watch for it, should come out nice.

when the car was brought over the bridge it was missing the US safety and emissions stickers (painted over).....so they wouldnt import it but let us take the car home. (basicly not legal to drive on the road) I wrote Ford Motor Company and got the US compliance build sheet which listed all of the safety standards......went back to the bridge with the paperwork and was told the car needed to be inspected by DOT and all emissions had to be present. After all of the hassle @ the bridge and failed attempts....it sees the easiest route would be to sell the roller to someone for a race car.
 
Gotcha. I was wondering how you got it across the border. That's a huge bummer, but you got a sweet drivetrain out of the deal.
