thats pathetic... if this guy has the deed for the place why dont the police do their job to protect and serve... not just fuck with people
 
that is a bad deal,the problem is that is prolly there address,they are getting mail,by law they have to be evicted,thats b.s.but its the law.
if you have renters and they stop paying rent you cant just toss them out.this is almost the same situation.its pretty sad only the crooks know the law.

due process is a bitch!
its the new scam, either they got ripped of by a shady person leasing them the house that they did not own or they know they can squat there till they get evicted.

Side note, now when you evict someone you cant put their stuff on the curb, it has to go in a dumpster...so add another $500+ if you have to evict some loser.

And I would not use this as a reason to make 'blacks' bad for wanting to move to better houses...the crap in the D is awful...the scam was the agent who sold them houses they could not afford or promises of re-fi'g it in a few years junk. I dont think that was a fannymae house :893goof_v
 
it does not have to go into a dumpster, atleast here in bay city, my parents own a few rentals and we have had to evict a few people. you just have to prevent the stuff from getting wet, so we always bring visqueen with us (big plastic sheets) and cover everything up. oh and we take pics of everything too to prove that we took care to cover everything if it ever went to court.

Being an african american I am not about to start this thread to go downhill but im sure GTXprix doesnt know the entire story and yes it might just be the african americans going threw the same issue but who isnt to say there didnt get scamed? They didnt lose a job? They are not going threw any sort of hardship that EVERY race/religion is going threw right now? I just hate how people so quickly change there outlook on a race/religion because of statistics - GTXprix I would hope you dont look at African Americans different now like you posted (or people in your sub) because of this situation that is going on, shit happens regardless of a skin color or race/religion.

We do know most of the story and so far every African American family on our street has been part of a mortgage fraud scam, the family that is in there now is the same one that foreclosed on the property to begin with. It's VERY easy to tell when people are doing this, they dont buy window treatements they have a rental place deliver appliances ect, don't cut thier lawn; basically dont do anything that normal homeowners do.

Now obviously I'm not in any way shape or form saying all African American people do this or trying to make a sweeping generalization but you have to admit its a little wierd that EVERY African American family thats moved onto my street so far has done this and it's very obvious to myself and everyone else in my small sub. We were able to tie ALL of this to one builder/realtor team that would do this to the houses then move them into another one and do it again :\

That said I have a few African American friends and no this has not really skewed my perceptions BUT you can bet your ass if another African American family moves into my sub I'm going to be VERY VERY cautious. The last time I let my guard down to a family two doors down from me whom I thought was literally perfect (referenced in the first post) they did the SAME DAMN THING LOL I guess my first clue should have been overpaying for the house by $50K LOL
 
sad to see that happen in a nice neighborhood, but with that said I think that guy who bought the house is a girl. If had a family that saved to purchase a nice house like that and there were people illegally in it that prevented me from moving in.....There would be nothing stopping me from breaking down the door and throwing stuff out with a couple of my buddies. Like tyler perry said " call the po po hoe, I aint scared of no po po"

EXACTLY! If YOU have the title/deed/proof of ownership they are trespassing. Break down YOUR door and ASK them to leave and if they dont FORCIBLY remove them LOL

Tyler dont be sorry these things have a way of working themselves out LOL
 
if someone is on your property and they wont leave cant you legally shoot them? i wonder if a good ol fashioned burning cross in the front yard would get them out?
 
That guy should make sure his insurance is paid, pull the electrical meter, turn off the gas and padlock the shutoff. That would get them out quick.
 
thats actualy a good idea! he owns it, call the gas and power co. and shut the place down! legaly i do believe he can do that!
