yeah that lady is out of there. Ive had that judge a few times for various speeding tickets and hes very fair and level headed, will work with you if youre honest with him, but doesnt take too kindly to bullshit. Im sure he can see right through that ladys stream of it and will do whats right.

She also has the fact that shes the only black lady in all of Shelby Township going against her too. They know shes offsetting the italian ratio
 
If the guy who claims to have bought the house went through a legitimate title company this one is a no brainer and she's out. Hopefully she doesn't trash the place too bad. I'd call the cops if I saw anything leaving that place other than furniture though.
