WTB: Holley 750cfm Carb

Prefer something with a manual choke. This is for my boats Mag454 mercruiser

Is it an enclosed motor compartment? If so you will not get a safety inspection passed if it ever gets looked at. You need a marine carb in an enclosed motor housing. I got random inspected twice, once befor going into river in from a public launch, and once while cruising the river. I had nothing special but a stock bow rider. They put a sticker on the windshiled for the year it was inspected and told me to leave it there.
