He said he doesn't care about bulking up.

dont run running burns muscle. walk at a nice speed on a bit of an incline for best results
don't listen to himyes i read that but why burn muscle in the process. cause when he goes to put on the size its gonna be that much more to put on. dont waste what u got.
so dont run
don't listen to him
yep dont cause i dont get my advice from competitors and pros that i know
Fruit is bad for you when the fruit wants to put his wiener in your butt.
I've lost 25 lbs in the past 2 months by quitting eating garbage, eating less period, and riding my bike every night. I also force myself to do 120 pushups and 120 situps a day. It's a tough routine to get into, but once you start to see results, it will motivate you, and when someone else says something you will be REALLY motivated. I'd like to lose another 10 or 15 pounds, but the with the rate I am going and the habits I have developed it won't be hard, or take more than another month or two. By Christmas I should be doing pretty good.

Since when is fruit bad for you? Just gotta know when to eat it.
Those competitors and pros you know also pump themselves full of enough steroids to kill a horse. You know the same guys I do. No need to run when there's whinny, HGH, and clen within an arm's reach. Sure running burns some muscle while burning fat...but with the right diet, muscle loss during intense cardio can be drastically reduced. Try dropping fat without a needle and see how much running can help. And let's not forget how good running is for your heart and overall conditioning. MANY bodybuilders are cut, and can throw around 4 plate bench sets with no problem but many those same guys are also winded walking to the gym doors from their car in the gym parking lot.
Ah yes I did some incline walk shit with Kuclo before his last show.....can you say shin splints.
For me interval cardio is what works, I can do the 15 incline 3.5-4mph walk for an hour and it just doesn't burn for me like 30 minutes of interval training does.
As a side note, I think it really depends on your goals as well. If you are going for max muscle, then I agree don't run and do steady low impact cardio for long periods of time. If your just a normal guy running and weight training will make a great difference.
