it was. Well, mostly the around 40 sheephead. Was in a bass tournament. Well all the boats heard my drag going crazy they came looking. IT was very foggy and about 25 boats were very close
 
Usually I am bass fishing but got bit by the musky fishing bug. First time out this year boated a 55 Incher out of the detroit river. Pic doesn't want to upload from my phone so I will try again from my comp later.

I can see you being upset pulling gators when you;re looking for bass :lol:. Could've threw one of them sheephead on a line and tried to get a muskie ;)
 
The sheephead are like hooking a bulldozer.

I hope i dont get smoked aug 2. I signed up to fish as a coangler in the Walmart Bass fishing league tournament on st clair

Always wanted to do that. Should be a blast. You know who your are paired up with?

My nephew is leaving for the army soon and has been wanting to go fishing. I have the week off so Saturday we went (fish in my last post)then today my buddy took him and I out. Caught some bass, a walleye, cat, and sheephead.

You're fishing the flw this weekend right? Or did it already happen? Saw a bunch of wrapped boats coming up 75 so I figured some tournament was going on.

this weekend? FLW BFL was last weekend down in the river. I didnt fish that one. Rough ride either going to erie or up to the lake. Am planning on fishing the sep 27-28 event back at the clinton river. Its two days - well, if your in the top 15 or so I think.

Finished 11th the last one
