Who's been out fishing already this year - lets see some pics.

are they up by flat rock yet? Co worker wants to go up north to tippy dam, but i would rather stay more local.

they have been the past few weeks however now with this warm as weather they've been hard to fish. water temp is already well above what they like so they are more or less just spawning and getting out of the river

Yeah that one was about 10-11 inches. Thats ok for the ponds around here I fish. It's fun on a light weight fly pole.

This one I caught earlier in the year. Probably 15"-16".

The bass is the same one I posted earlier in this thread. 23 1/4" 7lbs, the walleye is 29" never weighed it. Very rare to catch a wally in our lake.

Both caught on a private 150 acre lake that my cottage is on.

Been fly fishing the Huron a lot this year. Lots of small smallies, but a couple 16" + fish.

Ludington. Biggest they've seen this year was 32 so far.

41 inch gar pike. Caught on a lure. This is my first year fishing but I've had a lot of success.

Its called Keith lake it's a private lake in my subdivision. I've also caught 5# bass and there are giant pike in there I've seen 45 inch pike caught but haven't had the luck of getting one yet

Couple pics from this year so far. First one was about a 15" large mouth. Nothing huge yet, but good numbers every time out. Season only opened a few days ago.

I was out on st Claire for the opener Saturday. Caught around 80-100 small mouth. 1 big largemouth and a 36ish inch pike. It was cold!!!
