64 Chevelle - I thought floor had tar or undercoating but was covered in bondo. I just got around to scraping it to spackle paint it. Anyway, it was bondo hiding the only rust the car has.

Most of the flat area from the jack support on the right to about the light bulb on the left. I will be happy to pay someone a fair price to cut out the old and weld in the new at my house in Troy. I have a large shop area and I will get the pan. I can do everything else...Good sheetmetal fitting and welding must.

I understand the disdain for sheet metal welding. Big reason the Torino isn't done. So, much sheet metal welding. New stuff to new stuff isn't bad. But new stuff to old stuff, man that sucks so much.

And, I shake too much to do a nice looking job....But, this is the only area that needs replacing and it is small...

time to load it up a trailer and take it to your dad unless he already has another project going

As much as you help everyone on here Gary, I bet(hope) someone will jump in to hook you up!

When we doing lunch again?

Maybe Monday... Have to work Saturday and Sunday I am taking the Fam to the Saint Clair Shores Parade (Tradition).

Doh....:eek5: Sand in the eye...

Yeah, I'd like it done at my house. I don't have a trailer anymore and it should only be a one day job....
