Was thinking of selling my foxbody vert, idk what to price it at

Was thinking of selling my 1988 Mustang LX 5.0 Vert, 5 speed. Has 109k miles, typical mods: bbk headers, offroad, flows, msd6al, k&n, and a new rear end(unsure of the gear. sits about 2500rpm at 70 in 5th) 2 small rust spots starting to show up in places that dont matter(bottom rear of passenger door, and rear of trunk lid, 1 small spot each)
My question is what do you guys think is a fair price? I'm in no rush to get rid of it, and really don't care if I do, but I don't want to be "that guy" that asks like twice what it is worth. Thanks for your input, +rep as always for helpful posts.

A picture or two would help... depending on interior condition and paint condition... I'd say if everything was in good shaped besides those two rust spots possibly $3500-$4500.

I have the boot thing that goes over the top when its down as well, just too lazy to put it on usually, unless i plan on having the top down all day.
