Know any investors who can help me $$$ Investment

I need to figure out a way to get another house but I have to sell mine first . Need some one to pay cash or get a mortgage for a year and I make the payment for a year then transfer it after I sell mine . Worth 10 k cash to the right person . Anyone know any wealthy investors . ?? I think I can grab the house now for 140 k , kinda risky on my part but I want to try .

If I had the money, the first question I would ask is why can't you get the mortgage? If you can't get one now, why would you think you can get one in a year?

Do a google search for "hard money lenders", there are quite a few programs out there.

I assumed it was because he wanted to buy a different house and realized he couldn't afford two mortgage payments .. so he needed a float until one of the two homes were sold.. Unless I totally misread it..

Exactly - I have to sell my house first and this is a great deal . I have 20 in cash and figured I could get someone to make a easy 10 k . I actually have a guy who is gonna do it for me at 9 % - Just got back from looking at the house .

Actually I want to risk my money - The house will definitely go up in value . I am putting up the 10 grand . I know several people who have bought houses this way . Just need a investor and a Land Contract .

No - I am confident I can make it work . But you never know for sure do you ? Just tired of living in a cramped house and want to move up but I need to make this happen fast or lose the other house .

Thanks ! I feel like a asshole now from some of the responses I have got from here , but I know several guys who do this . I have got in touch with one and we'll see if it works . Just trying to move up in the world - plus it has a 3 car garage !!!
