Ummm, mayo is not a healthy fat. Peanut butter, Almonds, cashews, and various other nuts are a good example of healthy fats. I hope I didn't offend you when I asked if you had just started the diet. I think you know what I was getting at, I just didn't want to...fuck it, nevermind.

Good job, keep at it. :badass:

Um, it is when the mayo is not made from saturated fat:icon_mrgr Yes its a Low fat (saturated) Mayo.

Body for life is a "diet" (god, I hate that word) that was developed by Bill Phillips (the owner of Mens health, Mens Fitness, Womens Health, Womans fitness magazine. From 1995 to 1999 he also owned EAS suplements.)

I'm following the program to the Tee and even log what I eat and what I lift.

All I can say is "It's working."

On a side note: My Brother worked with a girl (Erin Lindsey) who wone the Body-for-life contest in 1999. (they worked at outback steak house in Livonia.)

I'll dig up the link later Now...............Back to class.

Spaghetti for dinner with some Peanut buster or something ice cream all by 9 oclock and I wont gain a pound

So you basically lost weight in all the WRONG places?!?!? THAT SUCKS!!! My neck and arms are bigger right now then they were when I was fat 7 months ago. Waist is down like 5 inches. :D

yup, i lost a huge amount of muscle mass. it was embarrassing to go to the gym afterwards, the only thing i could do better was run and that was a marginal improvement, although i was fast as hell until i royally fucked my hamstring last year it didnt tear completely but made an awful popping sound, and i needed crutches for a couple weeks. note to self dont try and outsprint a 6'6'' black dude that played college basketball. i only lost by a step, but i ate shit hard, and it never healed right. it sent me from running mid 12s for 2 miles into the upper 15s :( i dont even want to know how slow my one mile is now it was in the 5:30s

glad to see hard work is paying off for you, your doing a great job from the sounds of it and keep up the good work. Just remember that no matter what people on here may say you will be setting a positive example for someone whether at work or the gym.
