What to do about an A-Hole Neighbor

I may have missed this so forgive me, but why do you park in front of his house? Is it because you have two personal cars & sometimes a work truck and only one driveway for all three?

I'm using that one tonight. Along with a few catalog subscriptions lol. I have one neighbor that I can't stand.
 
I still think the best idea is to still just set him up, I think parking your car in front of his house with a camera on the DVR is best since it does not put your wife or you in direct danger with this nut. I believe if the damage to the vehicle is over 1k it is a felony so that would hit him pretty good, so it , maybe go to national or enterprise and rent a beauty for the weekend to rip on and park in front of his house.
 
Get cameras, set them up. Put a fence up. Get quotes for damage caused by him and document every altercation between you two.

If you're looking for more foul things, use gas instead of Roundup. Even if he re seeds it, you'll still see the giant D bomb on his grass. It'll linger longer that way.
 
Sounds like you need a privacy fence. 6ft high vinal is expensive, but if you get wood, this creeper will peek thru the cracks, unless you caulk them.

Sorry about your luck. I got lucky with good neighbors, I have good neighbors on both sides. I want to buy a bigger house but I HATE the fact that I'm leaving perfect neighbors and moving somewhere that I don't know what I'll get.
 
Yeah I don't know what to do with this guy...I thought to park the diesel next to his open window next to my driveway after he leaves for work, crank the fuel up and just stand on it till the whole house is filled with black smoke...lol, get that smell out.

Yesterday he was cutting the grass and I sat right in my driveway watching him to make sure he didn't hit my wifes car. He also decided not to carry his pistol this time after our little chat last week.

I'm not really the get revenge type of guy although I would love to so i'm going to try a more tactical way of dealing with this ass hat.

It's always fun of thinking of ways to get revenge, but then you realize you still have to live next to this asshole. Plus, you're always putting your wife and kids at risk. Say you're not home and this guy gets some stupid ideas. God forbid that, but it's something to think about. Hopefully he'll start minding his own business soon.
 
Dude grabbed his gun while you approached him....i would have turned, walked away and called the police. He brandished at that point. with a guy like this, cops need to be involved, not revenge... revenge will only bite you in the ass.
