What to do about an A-Hole Neighbor

shit I thought i had it bad when the douche bag guy down the street decided to clean his car and truck at 10pm last night with his radio blaring, and vacuum running. I actually got fed up and called the cops but of course he turned the radio down before they made it out.
 
#1. Buy cameras, preferably wireless IP cameras. Place them strategically.

#2. Buy a POS full size van and park it in front of his house, plated and insured of course.

#3. Buy 6-8 bags of 12-12-12 fertilizer. Wait until the day before it rains and while he's at work fertilize his lawn with it. All of it.

#4. Buy 20lbs of aluminum roofing nails. Throw several handfuls in neighbor's driveway when it snows. Iron nails can be picked up by magnet so use aluminum. This is not as effective, but it is amusing.

If we are doing shit like this...


Wait for it to snow and get a huge 150' tow strap. tie it to a tree and the rear end of his car and bury it in snow. talk about instantly stopping.
 
Do as many things that are an annoyance to him, yet still prefectly legal as you can. Eventually the cops will start to catch on that he is an asshat and tell him to mind his own buisness. Just make sure that you don't actually break any laws/ordinances while doing so.
 
Anonymously hire one of those companies that goes out at like 3am and puts Pinwheels and pink flamingos on lawns and send them to your neighbor's. If he makes a beef, admit it and say that it was an honest mistake and they should have been at your house, then laugh a decidedly fake laugh while you shrug your shoulders sheepishly and say: "Oopsie daisy!!?"
 
Call and order pizza/food delivery to his address from like five places at once. Then just sit back and wait untill they all start showing up at his house one after another.
 
Last time I dealt with a neighbor with issues. Meaning they kept coming across the property line to inform me of how I should do things on my land.

Bought me a running old green truck with no mufflers. Fired it up every few nights for about 20 minutes to charge the battery.

Neighbor visited me the last time. I politely informed them there was a line...they built a fence on it...and they should probably stay on their side. Nothing I was doing was against any law...I have already checked and rechecked.

Trespassing was illegal though and would be reported as such.

As for your situation. Get the cameras...get handy with your cell phone. If he has a CPL and plays the holster thing again get it on camera. Stay on YOUR property though. He wont have that CPL for long.

If you catch him damaging your cars again. Press charges. Courts love collecting money. After 2-3 of those issues, he will either up the game and end up in jail or leave you alone...or best yet..move. My neighbor moved :)
 
All of this is the reason I moved to the country, I have 5 acres and in the summertime none of my neighbors can even see my house because of woods on my property, and you cant see it from the street either. A lot more peaceful compared to when I livied in the cityy.
 
Put a surveillance camera up and park a car in front of his house...easy enough.... and that will get his ass arrested
