What are everyone winter plans for their rides?

Mustang- Crank trigger, new distributor, tune, and it's DONE.

Camaro- Small cam and headers and it's DONE.

Hopefully actually do some racing next year......

Gonna have Full spectrum graphics strip my hood with the factory stripe, check my valve springs, and clean the car. I may even paint the underside to help stop some of the rust. Also some new lower control arms and maybe some race brakes and some kirkeys.
 
I am going to pull the Engine out and hopefully paint my Engine bay, Roll cage, nitrous, converter.


My goal nest year is 10's with d00e heads on motor.
 
Pulling my old motor out (starting tomorrow)! Dropping a new motor in soon. And then new rear end. Then its new rocker arms, new electric waterpump, new exhaust. Maybe a bottle by summer time!
 
430 inch windsor - yates heads, .800+ lift SR, 15:1 compression, 8500+ RPM. Still deciding on the trans, possibly a glide, but most likely a TH400. Should get very low 9's N/A

the second option....

547 inch BBF - IDT heads / block, big SR, 14:1 compression, ~8000 RPM, definately a glide. Will definately get high 8's or better N/A

I just need to make up my mind and get off my lazy ass to do it.

I checked into getting a liberty for it and uh, yeah, I can afford some shit, but not that. It will cost roughly $10,000 for the trans, shifter, and clutch. Based on the amount of time I have had for fun stuff lately, there is a pretty good chance I'll be stuck with the same setup for next year as well.
 
Pulling the heads and intake on the '65 for some porting, cam swap, maybe a new rear end, maybe some new suspension. Hoping for mid 10's next year on motor and pump gas, and if we get bored enough, maybe a bottle will get thrown at it.
