I believe the fastest stock terminator with a pro diver was high 12s. GTO is about mid 13s from what I've seen.

Yeah 13.8 was advertised I think the best we got with my car and the car I was testing for the magazine was 13.68 in my car and 13.72 in the press mule car. I DO think the LS2 GTO's would be a good run for a stock 03/04 cobra though as they should be much more evenly matched.

I think most LS2 GTOs go low 13s. The lack of a decent rear tire kills the GTOs in the 1/4.

Yup that sounds about right, I've never run my 06 just the 04 when it was stock. Low 13's sounds right on the LS2.

Hmmmm, I love these battles

I've owned both, nicely modded LS1 Camaro & current 03 Cobra.....the Camaro was a pretty bad ass car for being an auto, from a dig it would own most street cars, from a roll I had no chance. Cobra exact opposite, pulls hard up top, from a dig just wasting tires

So, how are the auto's in these new 5.0s? I know most Mustang owners prefer a manual, but do the auto's perform well? I am still a big fan of modded auto cars...

I raced a pulley'd exhuast intake termi against my brothers GTO which is just a cam, exhuast car on the highway, and I was pulling on the termi pretty good. This was a 05 GTO, stock everything, down to the tires, with just a cam and exhuast.

I brought that up on purpose because our car didnt get shit canned.
The F-bidy was so awesome that not even people bought it to support its very existance.
