Saigas are interesting guns. They can be converted to pistol grip config too.
I prefer the tube mag for tac setup to swapping loaded magazines.
If you stuff a few after you shoot a few ...... that is the way to go. Instead of carrying extra mags and ammo, just carry ammo. Good method for shotguns anyway.

If it was an 870 Express against a wingmaster it would be no surprise. Express's are rough guns when new, takes a lot of shots/cycles to get them smoothed out. Wingmasters are slick and smooth right out of the box. Old ones are smooth as silk, really easy to cycle.

12ga Benelli Nova or Super nova in your case, would be a great place to start.

Justin, that Nova is a good gun, had one for years. Very quick cycling gun.
Classic Shotgun time;
Remington 870 Wingmaster circa 1975 when they still made them right. IMO.
These had the high polished blue and glossy finished wood.
Much nicer than the 870 Express I own too. slicker cycling, lighter weight (due to lack of vent rib I guess).
This gun weighs 7lbs 1oz with a 30" fixed Full choke barrel, about a half pound less than
my 870 Express with a 28" vent rib bbl with remchokes.
i have that gun, well its my dads, but its gonna be a hand me down, use it all the time.....

I have an 870 Express too, only I had it modified for card shooting. I hate the finish on it, very cheap and rough. It was a used gun when I got it, had to strip and refinish it. Bad thing is I was with the guy who bought it when it was new. Only had a few boxes of ammo though it but was never taken care of till now.

My dad has one of the old 870's from the 70's era, it has the shiny barrel, one day that one will be mine. I like my gun though, im kinda glad it doesnt have the shiny surface though, hunting while it wet out, it has never rusted on me.
