I found another toy I am interested in and would like to test the waters with my truck..

1999 SVT Lightning
80k Miles
All recalls done (including intercooler)
Runs and drives flawlessly.

Mods:

Bassani catback
FactoryTech Valvebody
Steigmeier Stage 2 P&P Blower
4lb lower Pulley
90mm MAF
Modded air box w/ K&N drop in
RWTD Tune
Dual Walbro 255 fuel pumps

The rear end was rebuilt probably 6 months before I bought it so thats only got like 8k on it... (Why? Axle seals took a shit on previous owners, leaked fluid, killed the rearend...)

It's got a Mach CD/MP3 w/ Alpine door speakers.
Dynojet Wideband Commander
Diablosport Tuner w/ 3 Tunes from RWTD (Stock, street tune, and race tune)

The truck is stored in the winters and never sees snow.

$13,500 obo.

Why am I selling? I am interested in buying something else and reducing/eliminating debt.

Truck ran a 13.2 @ 106mph with a 2.1 60' time....

Truck looks great! The owner....errr he's a little :hay: ;) Not plugging just because he told me to either  Defenitly ask Jeff aka SSpdmon he always sees that truck.

Yeah, cruisin' around it does good. I wouldn't know about how it drives under boost though.

:theyareon

Felt good riding in the passenger seat when you got on it. G/L with the sale... :)

OK, I know someone else will ask if I don't. What kind of mileage does it get?

Depends - in our out of boost?

If you keep out of boost it drives just like every other F150 XLT 5.4 regular cab short box truck... I can get 15/16mpg out of it in the city... 19/20 on the highway....

Get in boost, say goodbye to fuel econ.

I sold mine Last year.

If it was white instead of Red id buy it....
Try ebay, for $13500 it should Sell.

No cash involved at this point.
 Hate to burst your bubble, but you'd be lucky to get 9K for your car (if it's the one I think it is). I'm an LS1 guy and hate to see what people sell 'em for. But, what they do sets the standard and a '98 (aka 10-year-old car) with close to 80K on the clock isn't going to bring in the same kind of money a Lightning will. You've got about 4~5K of ground to cover.

390rwhp/440tq... Should have higher torque numbers but I couldn't get the converter to lock up properly... When we let it shift from 2nd to 3rd the truck pulled w/ 500rwtq...
