I have kids, and I must say you turn your head for a second, hell if you even yawn and take your eyes off them they are GONE! Little guys are fast. And it must be some type of gentically inserted part of their brain that they know what yiou DONT want them to do or go and the second they know the radar is off those little fuckers make a break for it!

Obviously if something happens and its completly the parents lack of neglagence that is the casue then you can blame the parent, but like anything else accidents happen. You can only do you best and be the best parent you can be and try to prevent them, but they are always gonna happen. You just hope you prevent the worst kind from happening and let the littles ones just be a stepping stone/learning curve for both you and the child.

I appreciate the sentiment, but my family is still here. Honestly, feel for the deceased and her children.

Sad story. But I wish I would have stopped reading after the first post. There is no way of knowing if that lady had any idea where she was when she got out of the car.
 
I actually knew this lady it is very sad that ppl make comment toward a person they don't even know. She has 2 young kids that she left now. I hope that no ones kids ever have to go through this. It's fucking bullshit that u guys say "oh well she shouldn't have Been in the road"... What if I ran over your kid/mom/dad/ or love one an all I had to say was "oops I guess they shouldn't have been in the road" it disgust me that ppl would say that. She was a very nice an caring women who never would have said that about anyone.

An last I herd of they are still looking for the suv that struck her first, I beleive

Very sad to hear.

Depth perception for people not realizing how fast a car is traveling towards them is a major problem (usually car crashes). Sad to see it happen in this manor.

05CERST, I just have to know,..why WAS she in the road? Its been plaguing us for a while. We assumed that she may have had a drink or two and didnt want to be near the car. Its a real tragedy nontheless
 
All we know is that she was going to see her bf. Only she knows why she wondered in the road, some previous post say possiable a head injury that made her disoriented. I didn't see her car after the accident but I imagine she was shook up an prolly wanted out of the car an when she did she
must have not realized how far she was in the road. I don't want to bother any one that was really close with her cause they are still devastated. When I her anything from her bf (my gfs old boss angood friend) I will pm u. An I am very sorry that it had to happen to ur wife a kids I hope they are ok.

HAve you read any of the articles on it? They know what two vehicles hit her, have questioned both people and gave a breathalizer to the first person on scene that hit her.

There is also mention that she (the lady hit) called someone from the accident saying she needed help... There is also commentary of a few articles from whitnesses driving by that said the corvette was in perfect condition and no serious damage that would give me the thought she was "disoreintated" from the crash.

I'll post links to all of it in a few
