Not how someone should but how I would, how is it billy badass? That I don't understand, I posted simply that I do not feel sorry for her being the result of her actions, now you might thats fine with me everyone has and is entitled to thier opion.

Just incase you didn't noticed I did make mention of being in such similar situation so I'm not specualting like you assume just giving my life experience as a example of what I did, thought an would do in such case.

No, you've not been in the same situation. I've not either. My accident was much worse than the original posted or the one you were in, yet my wife walked away with a bruised knee and that's it. So till you've been in that exact situation you can't say for sure what you would do. When I was hit, I was still conscious and able to move, but I don't know what I did. I've been told I was asked questions by the fire department and got some of them right and some wrong. If i would have gotten free from the wreckage who knows what I would have done. I could have gone sprinting across Middlebelt and gotten hit by vehicles myself, but I wouldn't have been in control of myself. The body does amazing things to protect itself including shutting down your brain to avoid problems. This does not mean it's natural selection at it's finest.

But you can rationalize(hypothesize if you wish) from a "SIMIALAR" experience on how one person(s) might react in a given situation as I am about myself. Simply put; from my previous experiences in life I feel in a situation SIMILAR to the one mentioned above that I would react in a manner and thought not to cross the freeway as she did.

I had my dad flip his ATV right infront of me coming out of a creek bank, his quad landed on my front rack. Could have been easily prevented, but you just dont know what someone is thinking.
