Didn't the group that went last year go to the falls or something? What events in addition to car-show related events are planned for this year- if any?
I read in earlier threads that the sling shot will make another appearance. LOL First time I met pretty-boy Al & he gets nailed with a water baloon. LMAO :roll: Might have to prepare for a water war. I know I have some super soakers somewhere....

No water balloons ever hit me.
However, I was NAILED with a shopping bag full of water when a wall of people (orchestrated by jakefb and 95lumin) parted and 95lumin appeared through the crowd to cover me in that bag full of water. :roll: This happened just as you were pulling up. Seconds later Jake took off running and I gave chase half way accross the campground. Good time. :lol: And yes, the water balloon sligshot WILL make an appearance this year, so if I were you I'd be prepared with the proper attire or change of clothes if just such an event were to go down and you happened to be rained down on in a hail of water balloons. :roll:
We'll VERY likely go to the Taqu falls again, but I think this year we're going to LOWER. Last couple years we have gone to UPPER. Who knows what else is planned. I'm playing it by ear. :thumbup:

Ah, my bad...a shopping bag full of water. Either way, it was hilarious. I look forward to antics like that this year.
I have never been to the falls & would love to go! I hope that falls into plans this year!

I enjoyed last years trip to the falls, even though it was to the same place. Maybe we can do the lower falls instead this year. The Soo was pretty cool but it was late in the day already and we wanted to get back. If we do a "drive" this year I'd like to get going as early as we can in the morning. Sometimes that the hardest part lol.

I definitely agree that the hardest part is getting people around early enough (within reason, I plan on knocking a few back myself). If anyone else is a planning freak like me, feel free to pm me & we can discuss a tentative plan. I'm not a schedule nazi- but I like to have a loose outline of my time so it is spent well. I don't want to overstep my boundaries, and I don't know how much ppl like to do as a group...but I just want an idea.

I for one would like to hit the falls yet again. But like I mentioed earlier, let's go to the lower falls.
