it looks like im going to be taking midtour in may this time, so im going to miss this, i really wanted to wait till august for the dream cruise, but making a decision from last time waiting 10 months before leave, well i was dangerously out of my mind at that point, it literally took about 3 months stateside for my ass to calm back down again...

anyways i have a wedding, commissioning, and my sisters comencements in may too.

You either book your camp site NOW, before they all fill up, OR you might get lucky in 4-5 months or the weekend before to get a hotel room for 150-250 a night.

Im thinking taking the car is a waist of time. seeing how last yr jeff adam and my self were the only ones who enter our cars in the show. And the only "trip" everyone went on was to the falls. other then that they sat at the came site.

We went to the island Thursday, falls on Friday, and to Mackinaw city on Saturday I think. By time everyone gets going the the morining (in which 90% are extremely hungover) its like 2pm haha. If you go up Thrusday, then you're only up there for a solid 2.5 days. You have to divide that time between hanging out at the campsite bbqing, driving/cruising, and doing other stuff.

I'm all for a planned drive again if we can get going in the mornings. The last one was supposed to go around the lake superior shore to Sault Ste. Marie and then back down the expressway but we kinda got cut short cause of Rob's issues and wanted to make sure he made it back.

I put over 800 miles on my car that week and every one of them was a blast.
