So I took my car to Advanced Powersports Inc. (API) back in May. They're the ones that did the turbo upgrade, the transmission stuff and everything else I had done at the time. The reason I ended up doing it all at once and at that time is because the plastic piece that connects the clutch pedal to the master cylinder broke so my car obviously wasn't going anywhere anyhow. The piece through DCX dealerships was going to take something like a week to come in anyhow. So Mark at API said he would do everything and made a bunch of empty promises to me. One of the things he said he would do would be to make a whole new piece for the clutch pedal/master cylinder that would be "unbreakable". Well, it's fuckin broke. And now my car will sit until I can either a) get a new one from DCX or b) find someone who can fix it right. So not only did I break this "unbreakable" piece within 5 months but I also found out he tried selling me a warranty for $495 (I believe it was) that I actually get for free. I talked to the guy who built my turbo and he said Garrett warranties all of his turbos for 1 year no questions asked. However, Mark felt compelled to try selling it to me for $495. This of course after he promises me the car back in two weeks and it ends up taking just about a month for everything to be said and done. And it only took that long because I sat there at the shop watching/waiting until midnight one night and 1AM another night. And after he did get everything together, he managed to somehow tune my car on the piggyback system I have to 9,000RPM. I redline at 6,000RPM and the rev limiter stops it at 6,250RPM. How Mark managed to pull -1 fuel at 9,000RPM is beyond me. So pretty much since I left his shop I've been paying for and fixing his mistakes.
I'm so fucking sick of their shit. I spent about $4,500. Some of the stuff I got a great deal on and some of the stuff I paid quite a bit. Bottom line is it should have been done right considering it took twice as long and I paid him almost all of the money up front.
And it's not only me that feels this way. Everyone I've talked to who has had experience with him says the same thing. "Yeah, he does good fab work but that's about it." And yes, I said everyone

Anyhow, if anyone has any suggestions for the plastic piece let me know. If someone has a hook-up at a Dodge or Chrylser dealership so I can get the part faster or if someone could make somethign let me know. Here are pictures of it.
