I need to free up some cash to finish my car! This is my old SBF top end combo, and it has run 9.16 @ 147 mph on my 440" windsor all motor at just over 2700 lbs.
Older set of Trick Flow R's, cnc'd and hand finished by Total Engine Airflow. flow 334.9 cfm at .700" lift intake, 257.5 cfm at .700" exhaust, have flow sheets. Newer K-Motion K900 springs installed at 2.00", good to .800" lift. Copper exhaust valve seats. Titanium retainers, stainless intake and exhaust valves(2.08", 1.65"). Chambers are milled to 51cc. They do have the common combustion chamber cracks from the spark plug holes to the valve seat area. I bought them used like this and ran them on motor for over 4 years, and they haven't got much worse, though slightly. $1200
Harland Sharp shaft rocker system for R heads, 1.7 ratio intake and exhaust. $600
Edelbrock Super Victor 351w intake with mild port match to Fel Pro 1262r, works well with above cylinder heads. Ends of intake were milled for extra clearance to china wall of block due to milled cylinder heads. Has stainless braided water return lines from rear of intake to front. $150
Custom Comp SBF solid roller cam, was also ran with above combo. Lift is .748" intake, .714" exhaust with 1.7 rockers. Duration at .050 is 280 intake, 288 exhaust. 108 lobe seperation. Very strong midrange with above heads, made good power to 7500 rpm. $150
Used Comp solid roller SBF lifters, good condition. $150
