Not sure who built the trans Jordan....guy we got the car from in Ohio said it was fresh when we got it and put zero miles on it. Pretty sure he said it was a PA. (Don't quote me though)

Thanks for the info, i figured the trans was fresh by the fluid and seals looked new. But what is the convertor? And whats up with the shortblock man. Whoever flycut the pistons did a really bad job and it broke a piston into about 8 pieces from a motor purge on 150 jets man. Never even went over 5000 rpm, jus sucks i didnt even get to enjoy it before it blew up.

Yea I didn't touch the lower end in the motor....previous owner did the work....and I agree , the pistons looked like a 12 year old did em with a file. I didn't want to touch em cuz I wasn't sure how much material he took out. He claimed he ran the car with no problems (besides lifting a head gasket)
I wish I had more info for ya man.

Its all good man, yeah i put maybe 100 miles on it. Took it to milan it went 12.20 right off the trailer then it blew up when i motor purged it. Lol do you guys by chance have the guys number so i can call? And what did you guys have done to the heads prior to putting them on?

We had the heads surfaced and inspected. I'm pretty sure a couple valves were replaced too. Honestly we lost the guys number after the deal was done. Sorry man....wish I could help.

Yeah told me to grow up that i had the car all summer. I dont think they know i got in a bad dirtbike crash and was in the hospital may 12th to july 23rd then didnt go back to work till like august and didnt get the car out till the end of october

Ohwell, the $500 i gave him was real money and i know the bike was exactly what i said it was. So i know i held my end and will continue to be a stand up guy and stand behind my shit. Karma works itself out everytime.
