Saw a 2015 Mustang on the road today

I think it will help to keep the value of the 2005-2014s up. It did NOT look good. Just my opinion. And actually I'm surprised...thought it looked decent at the auto show.

I wasn't a fan. But working around them so much, the look grew on me. I still hate the whole European market appeal bullshit. Just the thought of the fusion derived IRS makes me go limp.

I saw a grey test mule in milford. It was the first time I saw one in person. The rear trunk lid looked really low and the car looked wide. But I only saw it for about three a seconds

Ha, you saw a lot today, this and the Challenger. So which would you pick? The "too big" Mopar or the less pretty but better performing Mustang. Not being a smart ass as it's a question I ask myself. Hearing about the Hellcat motor plus the good looks of the Challenger make me not care how huge it is. Yet I also never bought a Mustang because of its shear beauty but because of the bang for the buck and hot rod factor (fox notches are beautiful because you know what they can do! :))

I saw a Mustang in camo yesterday too. First one. By the sound it was a turbo 4. It looked small and I like that idea.

Honestly, when I see new models I'm always thinking about which I will own in 5 to 10 years. I just can't get myself to pay new car prices. I think the only Challengers I might consider will NEVER be in a price range I'd be willing to pay during my lifetime. I can see people asking 40 grand for a Hellcat 2015 Challenger even when they are 5 to 10 years old.

We have all different colors and models here. I really like the dark green metallic and the gun metal. The car definitely looks better in dark colors. The turbo 4cyl is a surprising little guy as well.

Yep, I hear you.

I saw a yellow on on Sibley about 2 months ago. Looked killer, I will be trading my 08 GT in on a 15.

Speaking of the 2015 GT Mustang……

Just today my kids came home & “presented” me with
a new 2015 Mustang :

I of course thanked them, but I prefer my 2006 GT :

I think it's the best late model Mustang ever. I love it!

It probably is the best car overall. I was just disappointed with the one I saw on the road. Maybe they'll grow on me but even the ones I saw at the auto show didn't blow me away like when I saw the first '05 GT, which I thought looked darn near perfect.

I NEVER thought all that much of the color on a car. Didn't do a thing for me. I saw a yellow '15 GT the other day. It was HOT!!
I saw a gunmetal with the big brakes and some 20" wheels sitting with the hood up so I went over and took a look: Turbo I4 with a 6 speed manual. I wouldn't BUY one without an 8, but I'm really curious to see how the 4 performs!

I'm impressed by them. They lack a little on the top end of the power curve but they pull hard through the gears.

I wasn't impressed at the auto show either. I have to admit though.......Seeing them everyday they are growing on me. There are certain colors that really make it look better, as well at the convertibles.

This, though in Troy. Low and wide looking, though the hips look like they're from the Camaro.

I like the looks, but I dont know if the view of the hood from the drivers seat will ever grow on me, seems too high
