Redford, House for Rent, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1 car detached garage NOT Available
My wife's old house might be available soon. Current tenants want out early on lease to move. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1 car detached garage with electric/opener. House is story and a half with full basement, partially finished, decent part of town. Southwest corner of 6 mile and Beech Daly. Maintenance is kept up as needed to maintain home value should she ever be able to sell later.
Newer roof, windows, furnace, Central Air so bills aren't horrible. Not a crack house, well kept and will keep it that way.
Dogs/cats okay with deposit, approval. Fenced side/backyard.
Neighbor is an "old car guy" with a chocolate lab that keeps an eye on the place =-]'
PM me if interested. She was listing for $975, I'll talk her into $950 for an MM guy or gal. Current tenants are staying, not moving. Sorry.
