Well long story short we are trying to sell this house but got screwed over for almost 4 months by a buyer and his agent that was lying to us the last 2 months. That deal fell through and now were thinking about renting the house out if anyone is interested. We would require a minimum 1 year contract but prefer 2. Rent would be $1050 a month.

No longer up for rent sorry. Received two offers today to buy house and accepted one.

I had a similar issue with some Middle eastern people who bought my old house in the same neighborhood. They do business a little differently it seems.
