I guess it's that time of year again for you to start talking shit about the wings. Who on the wings was crying? Can you give me some examples? Do you mean when the mule got cross checked in the head and got no call? Or do you mean every time the pussy Crosby "thinks" he should be getting a call and gives the ref his sad pouting face? The series is over, it's been over since game two. No team is going to beat the wings four out of five.

Too many pucks got through to Ozzie and too many got loose. Luckly there were Wings to bat the puck outta there. If they were Pens....the socre would have been 10 to 2.
Game 4 will be better. The first game at the Pens was a loss, which I figured. Lets get game 4 and take it home.

We need to focus on taking game 4 - stealing one from their home ice. That puts us up 3-1, with the opportunity to win it on home ice in game 5. Hopefully Dats' will be able to play game 4, and Drapes.
Pittsburgh was the better team last night - quicker to the puck, hitting, shots, critical faceoffs, etc. I think we went 10-12 minutes w/o even a shot on goal... very un-wing-like. Our D seemed to be a little of their game... Rafalski seemed to be in some uncomfortable spots... a couple bad turnovers in our zone by a few D'men, etc. Our PK is terrible, not just last night, but the whole post-season. Hossa couldn't seem to get any shots. The freshmen 4 seemed off too. Really need Dats back, and Drapes. The shitty part is that Detroit had the momentum up until that 20 second too many men event that didn't get called, then Pitts seemed to have the momentum from there. Lucky break for them, I guess (or good payoff).
As far the refs, I agree it was BS, but nothing we can do about it now. Babcock sent the message post-game. I think the ref'ing will be fairer come game 4.

The Pens got the luck to go their way in this game, no doubt about that. The missed calls, the shot off the post from Samuellson were just a couple turning points in the game. But the Wings are doing a horrible job on the penalty kill on the road. They have only had like a 33% kill rate and that is horrible and not going to get it done. They need to be more aggressive in Game 4 and hopefully Datsyuk will be back and will give them a jump start. Go WINGS!
There is also no doubt that everyone loves to suck on Crosby's nuts. When they were talking to M. Messier and he was already comparing Crosby to Gretzky?? Seriously, take it down a notch. And I swear the announcers get that much more excited when Pitt scores than when the Wings do. I'm not crying, I think anyone who is awake can see this happening.

Wings need to stop taking penalties. Everytime they go in the box the opposite team scores.

you mean all the bs call on them, then no real calls on the pens
how about that missed call when franzen was checkeds from behind into the the boards head first, any other team thats a 4 min penalty. if that was crosby getting hit like that who ever did it wouldnt be playing the rest of the playoffs or if the ref didnt see it and didnt call it he would have been fired.
how about the 6 men on the ice in play for 25 seconds. if a wings player jumped off the bench and touched the puck wiht his skate there would have been to many men on the ice.
or the mulitple interference and cross checks that could have been called on the pens.
its clear who the nhl wanted to win this game

They were 100% bull shit calls. I am not saying they did really stupid stuff, they need to just be careful around the refs. I swear those fuckers are paid off to make calls on the Wings.

the wings have everyone thats not a wings fan against them. Nobody wants to see the same team that won last year agains pittsburgh to win again. The wings flat out have to be just what they are...the better team. Theres gonna be more bs calls against he wings....and more missed calls for the penguins. We flat out just have to play our game, and show that were the better team no matter what.
