Red wings

Stewie did a nice job in the playoffs this year. You can't judge a guy by one play.
Personally, I think Kronvall makes some piss poor decisions out there.
Lidstrom is obviously in a class by himself. Rafalski I have no use for in the
defensive zone. Ericcson looks smooth and cool. He looks like he will be very good.
I'd like to see more of Meech and I wonder what ever happened to Kyle
Quincy who did such a nice job in the playoffs paired with Chelios in 2008.

LA Kings, he did a good job this year he had ALOT of assists and made the actual team and im 70% sure he is a free agent. Last year we couldnt afford to resign him, he would have been good here. Instead we put all of our money to Hossa.

He was not a free agent and isn't this year. We didn't have room on the roster to keep him, Meech and Chelios last year and so we put him on waivers and the Kings picked him up. He had a good year for LA and has been traded to the Avalanche along with Todd Preissing for Ryan Smyth

i doubt he's going to leave. and to tell you the truth if he does, then leino, helm and ablekader all have a job. i know we are lossing some players, but it's not like we don;t have another player to fill the gaps. good thing about developing players and not buying them. i'm still confident they'll keep the 17 year playoff streak alive, might not win, but it'll be good to see the team transition into a new team with it's younger players over the next couple years. my biggest worry is ozzy in the REGULAR season, and his back up jimmy howard. i really hope howard can prove himself, i'm just not sold on him yet. seems as though he would've been a wing already if he was going to make it, but time will only tell.

Getting a little nervous about our Wings this year. Started the season 0-2, dropping two to St. Louis? Barely beat Chitown. Now, losing 5-1 to Buffalo going into the 3rd period? Geez. Now, Franzen is out for 4 months!

Not a great a start to the season. Hopefully they can figures things out and get 'er going.
