11x14 would be fine to start with for me I'm sure.

I'd buy Canon though. I've never owned any type of camera or camcorder that wasn't and I've been happy with everything. Expensive though.

My camcorder I think had a retail price of about $1,100. I found it online for $800 shipped with a couple different lens covers and other extras.

i had a canon 20D for the past year and now have stepped up to the new canon 50D (since the 40D wasnt a big enough upgrade from the 20D) and I LOVE the 50D. i purchased the 40D a few months back, used it for a few weeks and then the 50D came out so i returned the 40D and got the 50D. Again, LOVE it over the 40D too.

Ive also got a few lenses for or including a 50mm, 18-55 IS kit and my new baby the 24-70 f2.8L lens. In all I have about $4,000 in my setup right now. Ill post some unedited photos later today.
