And here is what A4 Wagyu looks like. This is not the top grade available nor is it true Kobe Beef. Wagyu is a name for a typical Japanese cow (I believe it's roughly 4 general types) bred for eating. Kobe beef has a lot of paperwork that goes along with it to show the genetics and raising of the animal, etc. I actually live in Kobe but the stuff is so expensive that people don't really eat it. You're talking $200 a person in a restaurant for a meal and you'll get a piece a little bit bigger than a deck of cards. If you wanted something the size of what I posted here it would cost a fortune.
