Whats your email? I was wanting to start a bulking diet 2 weeks ago but didn't do it. All that typing I did earlier motivated me lol. I made a spreadsheet and hit the grocery store today.
Sad part is all the food I bought cost me 30 bucks and the 2lb just of ON whey was 24 bucks.
Anyway, I have a spreadsheet I can send u. It's like 3200 cals, 320g protein, and 376 carbs. I need to come up with at least 1500 more calories somewhere throughout the day.
soo TRUE...sooo true...
I train with Matt Kroc and can tell you my strength has gone through the roof.
we live about a block from each other. my youtube page (littlemags) has us benching in his garage in the summer using the slingshot powerlifting device. he is a good training partner for sure
go to www.Muscleandstrength.com for some great info. Just read and study what interests you. I was a bodybuilder back in my 20's and now I'm 37 and have been back at it for almost two years now. When i started I was 165lbs, in the winter I hit 200 now I have leaned out to 193 and shooting for 185 before summer. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I train 5 days a week about 1-1.5 hours a day. EAT EAT EAT and keep EATING![]()
what types of food are you "eat eat eating" and still cutting weight to lean out?????

Or a western union to some third world country and a lot of calories.
Although, I'm going broke buying dumbbells. I knew I shoulda bit the bullet on the 349.99 Bowflex set. 5lbs--52.5lbs would have been the best bet for the money.
You also would have broken and sent them back at least twice by now. Those things are junk.
That's another reason I didn't buy them, I was afraid of them breaking. I've never used them besides picking them up inside the store. Some of the workouts are killer and I find myself dropping my dumbbells after a good burn. Maybe they wouldn't have worked so well. I just hate that dumbbells are a buck a pound. Two 50lb'ers =$100.00 WTF....
That's why I gladly pay my gym $15/mo (even though I'm on a free year) to have 4x 5-80lb and 2x 85-160.
