come to think of it, i haven't seen anything on either car in a while. maybe dave could throw something up, if they're still at his shop.

I went down to the chassis shop today to hang out at lunch, and things are just about done. Dave's been hung up waiting on a couple parts, but they are in now and it looks like I'll be dragging the car back home this weekend! No new pics of the car, but I have the new rolling stock sitting around so I took a picture of the bling. I went with the American Racing pro series wheels, 15X12 rears and the 1 piece fronts. I've always liked these, and I don't see them too often.

I got the car home from the chassis shop today and got a few pictures. Next step is to get the car sent out for body work, and stretch the 1/4's to fit the 315's. I'll also need to add a few tabs to the cage to mount the fuel pump, overhead switch panel, electronics, carbon fiber dash, etc. and fill the holes underhood, so I'll be plenty busy the next few month's getting the roller completed. Here's how things are looking now.

That's all for now!

That phucker looks fast! You stole my wheels!!!!!!! I will be in touch soon, traveling the next few weeks.

Glad you finally got it home.

Yup, off to bodywork finally. I have the dash fitted, doors gutted, and started some underhood work which will be finished by the body guy. I also thought the rear wheels could tuck underneath better, so I had the axle housing cut another 3/4" on each end so the car can sit lower if needed(it was much cheaper then buying another set of rear wheels). I'm fitting the car to a 29.5X10.5W tire, but will most likely be running the true 10.5 class with a 28X10.5. A couple hangups had me burned out on the project for awhile, but I have some quality people helping out and I'm getting excited to see the car closer to being painted.
