Dang! Looks like a real nice start.... will look killer with those black saleens on it. Just a little bit of clean up in the engine bay and you should have a real nice ride!! Congrats.
 
Thanks. Lots of clean up haha. It will get Scotts smooth panels, along with relocated coils, and some other to give it a uncluttered look.
Under the hood, and paint will have to wait till next winter. This winter is full of things to make it power tour ready.
 
Thanks guys. It took awhile to find it. 14 hour trip wasn't fun, but the price was right. Should make for a fun street car. Just under 500 to the rear tires at 9psi like it sits.
 
Haha nothing I built ever has... Or did it? Power tour 2011 every state in the 3300 mile trip ;).
 
I picked this car up for a couple reasons, but mainly because it had no cage, 5.3/4l60e/turbo. I've never owned a notch, let alone a fox body. Here is a picture of the interior. I plan on changing very little in here this year.


I ordered these today. Well this style, little different color combo. 18x 8ish and 20x not sure at least 10. Mickey thompson calls for a min 10 on wheel.


Racecraft spindles showed up, cat back exhaust, some sections of 3 inch, and 2 1/2. New outer door handles, and inner tie rod.

Still waiting on my front brakes. Hope to have them for next weekend as I plan on spending some time on the car. Also looks like mini tub is in my future. The stance I'm looking for will require them. Not sure I'm excited to do them, but it will be worth it in the end. New pictures soon.

The cluster is a nice piece. But I still have 3 gauges that need to be in the car, and I'm not a fan of pillar pods. I I plan on running a racepak. It will be behind a tinted factory lens. They offer so many options in one unit.
 
I've pushed that idea around. Couple issues with that many places on the power tour do not have e85, when talking with Aeromotive I would have to add the voltage controller to the eliminator pump to keep it Street friendly. I wish the e85 was more popular in other states. I'd give it a try for sure.
I would like to run this set up at 13-15 psi. Combo should be good for 600ish with the help of meth.
 
yeah I for got about the power tour can you get the car tuned for both so you can switch files if there's not a station that has it. I just started running a 50/50 mix in my mazdaspeed 6 and holy crap what a diff, huge power gain. Comet is going to it this winter.
