Project Lincoln is in full effect!

Dammit I was waiting for it to load on my phone because the bottom sentence was cut off :)

 same here.

Also took me a bit to process - too early for me. Haha

Keep at it, Bill! Thing's going to be awesome when it's done.

Got a couple hours in on the Lincoln yesterday.
Front and back glass trim is on, more trim on the side of the car is on and ready to install the grilll and marker lights.
One step closer!

Coming along great, Bill!

Outside of bumpers, what all is left?

Interior and suspension.
My wife and I are cleaning and reconditioning as much of the original interior as possible. Gonna send the original radio out and have it updated and put this thing back together.
Wanna try and make Woodward with it!
Suspension can wait till the fall!

Nice!

Are you using this guy by chance for the radio? http://www.garytayman.com/stereo.htm

I've been on the fence on doing the same for the caddy, but have been rocking out AM for now.

Good luck buttoning it up! Can't wait to see it rollin' the streets.

CADDY? What year? Pics dude!
I'm gonna call them tomorrow. I was looking at a place in Il. but like what is on your guys web site.
Thanks for the heads up!

Hah....'bought a '61 Sedan Deville and sold the Lincoln a couple of months back. Had the gas tank cleaned / sealed and the radiator recored. This needed MUCH less work than the Lincoln. But, I still miss the suicide-doors.

I need to get some better pics now that the weather is decent and I've had the car putzing around town, but here's a few when I got it home:

Keep me posted on the radio endeavor. I actually scored a spare radio for way cheap, so I might send that one off to get an FM transmitter and AUX input.
