Yes I just got back in town i'v been gone for 4 months and getting settled in.. i'm about to get going again with the body like put the front end on and more primer and sanding then get some paint on it some time this summer... all i need to get to drive it is a trans cooler..lines.. and a shift cable then install some gauges then rock n roll!!
 
Very cool now get going and have it done by mid summer. Its still early in May. You can have it ready by late June to mid July and still have plenty of time to cruise it.
 
Did you decide if you are going with a dual base master cylinder? If so I still have that one I pm'ed you about months ago. Its all cleaned up and looking brand new.
 
gauges, trans cooler, are done...shift cable half done.....hey JP yes about the brakes..how much are we looking at for it...really should change that out

If the shift lever and knob are in good shape (not pitted or cracked) and he dosent want em I'd be more then willing to buy off of him. A 70 needs buckets and console IMO. or atleast a 4 speed comming out the floor if he keeps the bench seat

I had it at a swap meet for sale back in march and was asking $30 for it. But if yah want to take a look at it and then make an offer let me know.

cool let me get my shit together and i'll get back with ya soon.....to night i got the shift cable in and i took it for a ride....( down the drive way and back in the garage ) lol lol she barked the tires with lil tap... i'm happy with that...lol

Thats very cool. Cant wait to see what the finished product looks like. Just let me know when yah want to see it. It's in my basement all wrapped up in a box
 
Going to black out the grill and paint the rad. and rad. housing.....more pics when there done
