Nice, Home Depot has the Cree LED bulbs for ~$10 each. I'll have to take a look at those. I'm also interested in dimmable LED track lights for my kitchen and living room. Also thinking of getting a Nest thermostat, are those worth the $250?

I have adjustable LED's in my house and love them so far.... I didn't go nest route... Went with radiothermostat instead for $100... No fee's...

CREE's looked decent in my application but whined like a motherfucker on a dimmer and I have lots of dimmers. Even tried an "LED" dimmer... still bullshit LOL

Oh and Nest has NO FEE. Not sure where that came from? LOL Well worth the price, I've got four of them now; love them!

I don't know if it's worth it in terms of saving money but it's worth it in cool factor for sure. :)

Nice Matt. Where at, still in FH? We are meeting with a realtor on Wednesday to check out some places and run the numbers to dump our place. We're toying with the idea of selling high, living with the parents banking the cash for a few months and building new in Clarkston

Home Depot. Cree for some of them, and then EcoSmart for the rest. They had a bunch of DTE-subsidized bulbs on sale for between $8 and $15 when I bought them. The $8 bulbs were pretty much a no brainer, but the problem for me is Cree only makes soft white or daylight, and that nuclear daylight is intolerable. I bought ecosmart bright white which is mid temp for the kitchen, but those are now double the price for some reason. If you use a certain light a lot, an $8 LED pays off very quickly.

The brightness is pretty weak on the cheap bulbs. I need them to make a $7 100w equivalent and we'll be all set. I do have a ton of BR20 50w spotlights throughout my house, so that made a big difference.

I run 75watt equivalent LED's throughout my house as well as some 100watt Equv LED's. I think I managed to stay under 9.00 a bulb for the 100W and under 7.00 for the 75W. Ho Depo and bLowes. The eco's I've had to exchange once already as they started acting up.

I stopped going there a few years ago. Sold car, bought Street car, atv's, lost all interest in Milan. Management of that place is part of the reason. Got a little boy who gets all my free time.

Ah I have a hooligan now to he is 4 and takes up a lot of time but I have a Street car and a Mustang So called street car lol. He is getting more interested in the racing thing now.
I hate Milan too but heck its the only place to run a car halfway near home without being on the street!
Hopping to buy up some more land near me and build my own Drag Stripe over here in Huron Twp. Sure they will hate me but heck it will be my land and only "friends" running cars on it :)
