I know im not the only one...
Not real bad but a crappy ending to a not so good night :bs:
Borrowed my buddies truck to move some stuff around and ended up slipping and NAILING his lower quarter panel denting and scratching the hell out of it.

I've had another friend rear end someone in my car taking off my entire front end so i guess i shouldnt feel soo bad!

POST EM UP!

Never wreck any cars but my own.. i was changing a rear window motor on a customers car .. had to drill out the the factory rivets that held it in .. well drilled a lil to far and made a nice 3\16 hole thru the tail gate.. (hatch blazer)

I rearended my parrents car in my own driveway. did no damage to their car and my front drivers fender was screwed. had to use the passengers side to enter and exit my car. Took it off at school and went to town on it with a hammer :)

I did indirectly. A friend was using my laptop to load a program into and LT1 Camaro and the battery died mid-transfer so the computer was useless.

$100 later for a used computer and it was fine.

I once hit my moms 2001 Kia Sportage 4x4 with my grandpa's 1998 Ford F150 extended cab while pulling out of the driveway so i could go mow.

Final amount of damage:

Kia: $750
F150:$3500

i had a buddy that, at the time, just got a brand new 1992 Honda CBR 600. He just got it. He taught me to ride on his quad a few weeks before. Hanging out behind a plaza one morning, I asked him to take it for a spin. Did good, shifted gears, all good. Started to approach a curb dead on, I was going about 40 mph. Got nervous and forgot what to do. Well I squeezed the clutch and used the foot brake. Came to a stop in time before the curb, BUT forgot to put my feet down. :) Dropped his new bike right on its side while he was watching from 100 feet away. Being all nervous as I was, I tried to pick it up off my leg, in the process lifted to fast, thus dumping it on its other side.

That sucked, and I havent been on one since.

back when i was stationed up in U.P. (marquette) 1992 (Air force) I owned a mustang and wanted to come home for x-mas and couldn't drive the mustang in the snow...I borrow my neighbors 1986 Sentra, and he drove my mustang around the base. Well I decide to leave right after work on Friday night but the night before I was out till 330am and only got 3.5 hrs of sleep. Anyways, I had made it all the way to Saginaw and going over the LARGE overpass on I-75 (if you driven up north you will know which one) I fell asleep and DRIFTED over 4 lanes to the cement median. WELL, the car rode up on it and I remember my head tilting and hitting my drivers side window from being on an angle...I woke up and jerked the wheel and rode on two wheels then and slammed the car down back on all four. I COMPLETEY WOKE UP THEN...

anyways...the car drove funny after that...lol. I ended up driving it back up north (after the holiday mind you) and gave it back to my neighbor. I told I didn't have any problems. I never actually hit anything so I thought I WAS OK...well about a month later my neighbor says he is sorry for letting me drive his car...I asked him why? because he had taken it in to get a Front end alignment and found out the cradle and rear control arms mounts were broke??? He said it could have killed me if it would failed on the expressway on my trip. I told him I guess "I must have been lucky??".....

I never told him what I did...

when i was 14, i wrecked my best friends moms escort station wagon through a privacy fence and up onto a metal stake in the ground :dontknow: :pow: :slap: , i was moving it to play basketball in the backyard like usual, when i was moving it i had my left leg hanging out the door when his dumbass dog jumped in my lap i went to slam on the brakes, well needless to say i slam on the gas oops :badass:

I personally have not, but a friend on mine had a little mishap with his brothers car:icon_mrgr Here goes:

The car:
1993 Mustang
complete body restoration (beautiful car)
25.5 chassis cert
418 cui
7721 Victor heads (380+ CFM)
Made 800hp N/A
Glide
basically a brand new race car
he (the owner) ran the car last year and was a sissy about it, only turning the thing up to 5500 rpm (peaked power @ 8300RPM, should have shifted at 8500, not 5500). It went 10.60 and that was it for the season.

The accident:
So, this year he decides to let his brother take it down, you know just to see what its like in a race car....(dumb). He launched the car by foot breaking it so it didn't come out very hard at all. So now he's got the throttle to the floor, and the car is moving around a bit in his lane..do you think he let off? Um, no. He started moving toward the center of the track just before the 1/8 mile cone, then decided to LOOK DOWN to shift (Why, its a friggen' 2 speed glide). So, now he's looking down to shift and as the gear change is being completed, decides oh shit i'm heading into the other lane and CRANKS THE WHEEL to the right (not a subtle correction).....Not good...could have just done the intelligent thing and got out of it...but noooooo. He hits the wall of the right lane head on, the car then spins and hits the ass end and side of the car. I think the only good part left on the car was the passenger door. Talk about a dumbass mistake. I think one of the track guys at Milan told him "you shouldn't even be allowed to drive an Escort". Talk about messing up some elses shit. Brother or not, I would have beat his ass, but amazingly he remained quite calm. By the way, I don't think he had ever driven a race before, much less a 2900 lb car with 800hp!!! DUMB.

ive never wrecked anybodys , but after i modded my mustang i let him drive it as soon as i got it out the shop, so hes gone for liek 20 mins i can hear my car going down moross from like 5 blocks away, hes nailing it every stop light. he brings it back, and i get in and leave i get to the corner and the clutch piece falls off the bellhousing.i get it back to his house and inspect, he brakes my bellhousing, my entire clutch,,the strter ear broke off, i thought that was it, then we fix it and surprise he bent 3 pushrods and like 3 roller rokers had come off, and there was shavings all in the oil. and to top it off he is a broke ass.

was helping a friend replace the carpet in his SUV after he buried it in water. Didnt know that the sensor under the center console was a roll over sensor. I unbolted it and flipped it over to get it out of the way before I unplugged it and all the side air bags blew off because it thought the vehicle was in a rollover situation

ALWAYS UNPLUG MODUALS/SENSORS FIRST

Almost always refuse to drive others cars for this exact reason. Paranoid. I used to borrow my dad's car on occasion for schlepping crap before I bought my own.

I don't have a problem with lending my own to friends I trust :dontknow:
