Yeah, that was what production sedan was. The rule was that you start out with a car that could readily be had from a dealer (no highly limited production or cars that start as race cars) and aside from that there were no rules.

Most of the game's sedans max out at about the top of S class/bottom of R3 from what was being built. There's at least one that will get near the top of R3 though. :)
 
They didn't specifically set out to limit production on that though. I would think it would count? I'm not sure I would expect it to really be that good though.

meh. I like the odd-balls. I think it'd be great to add solely based on that purpose of uniqueness.


the other I am surprised nobody used is the Panamera... lmao
 
The Panamera was discussed. I brought it up and everyone basically said they'd wait for me to build one...

The premise was that you could go into a dealer when the car was produced and jsut buy one. You would have had no problem walking into a Lotus dealer and buying a Carlton seeing how the wiki article said production fell 150 short of what they were hoping to sell. Examples of cars that wouldn't count would be something like the M3-GTR or Cobra R where the manufacturer specifically set a very low number to build, although those are both coupes anyway. I'm not sure there are any sedans in the game that fit into that area other than the actual race cars (Aussie Touring and DTM cars)

k, good... so even if it was produced in small numbers, as long as it wasn't LIMITED production, and you could order it at any dealer, we're good... :D Sounds like I have a project in Forza 3 now :D
 
It is the 2010 GT500 from one of the Download car packs. In the body kit stuff there is a Roush bumper and a GT hood, etc which is how he made it look like a GT and not a GT500, although you still se it has the extended grill shell from the 500.

I love how that Boss looks with the suspension compressed landing from the jump. I got lucky to pause it at the perfect time to get that.
 
WOOT!!!! Just went 1:47.515 clean in the WRC Focus on Maple Valley! I kept shaving time off too! It was my first time beating the ghost on the first lap too!
