Is there a limit on the cars performance index??


Mine's currently a 660 and I have a LOT of work to do still... I ran out of money...

No, whatever it comes out to. The 2JZ cars are low-mid 700's. The Panamera is 760 something. Most end up right around 700. My Nissan is significantly over 700 too.

Whatever you build, someone probably already built it. Unless it is a Bora, I'm not sure anyone has done that yet.

Getting the 2nd one is reasonably useless, you can't auction it with the paint job on it.

I think I found the "WRC car" ringer. I can only get it to 302 HP. The engine mods are awkward, the next lowest possible power above that is 327. The PI is 100 higher than the Focus RS, yikes!

Tweaked my other WRC car to A530 with 305HP and only ~2300lbs...thanks for the idea, Brad!

8:15.127 lap time (from a dead start) on Fujimi....clean.
8:03 & change rolling as pictured below

Oh, and it sees in the neighborhood of 1.15~1.30 g's in the corners on the meter without aero.

OH, AND it ranked 424/312,336 on the leaderboards with only a 530 PI from a dead start. :hugegrin:

Just went 1:39.717 in the WRC car at Maple Valley and went 9:00.903 on Fujimi Full.

Guess I got this gifted to me today... I think I found my new Trans Am Mustang.

In the other Trans Am thing I do the Shelby actually gets to run at a higher PI than all the other cars and it still sucks.

There's a current WRC car that will PI higher than that Evo still.

Besides, a cage will only improve handling....something this car does REALLY well already.

I've never seen a WRC car without a cage? Besides, you just don't want the weight factor

I honestly don't care about the weight. I'll add a cage the next time I'm on if that's what I need to do. For someone who's raced with us (well from what I've seen) once this month...maybe even this year, you seem very concerned about my car's setup. :hmm:
