Very nice house, and the best landlord you could ask for. Neighbors are really cool too. Older couple in the house to the north helped us look for our dog that ran away for the whole month she was missing, and even pitched in towards the reward. Quiet street, very few cars go down this street. Even with the free place we got, my wife and I miss this house every day. Whoever ends up in here will surely love it very quickly! +1 for Joe

I have never done a rent-to-own contract before.

From what I can see on google:
- You lock in a price now
- The buyer pays a nonrefundable down payment to start the lease (this goes towards the purchase price of the home).
- a certain amount of the rent ($100.00 or so) go towards the purchase price of the home at the end of the lease.
- At the end of the lease the buyer completes the sale or walks away.

I will contact my real estate attorney and get specifics.
