Updates from Saturday 08Sep07
Well I think I got the drips resolved. Ended up tightening down all of the coolant line fittings. And even one of the allen key plugs on the turbo. It seemed to have a leak as well. And dang those turbo's get hot! Got a nice little burn on a finger when tightening one of these fittings. Let me just say, make sure everything is tight before these go on the car! It is soooo tight and difficult to get to most of these connections once on the car.
After lots of messing with these, started it up and let it run for a bit. Topped off more coolant and let more air burp out of the system. Dang this thing is loud with no exhaust!
Once I was finally satisfied I took care of the drips I continued on with the rest of the installation. First order of business was bolting my tunnel brace back on. Took that off to drop my old exhaust. Next was trimming my front fascia.

That went very well and re-installed it on the car. Discovered the air filter on the RH side was not positioned well enough to clear that. Ended up re-clocking the filter to put it behind the foglight.
Tip for Camaros installing this kit: Install air filters to be behind the foglight housing and they will clear the fascia and foglight.
Next were the Fender liners. Those also required some trimming to clear the charge pipes. I actually forgot to snap a picture of those. Sorry. And then on went the plastic underpanels to cover each BOV and ait filter. And last was the airdam. It is looking like a car again!! Woohoo!
By now I was in a zone. So I rechecked everything under the car. Still no drips. Woohoo! Bolted on the stock rear wheels and the new front wheels (need spacers to fit the new rears). And for the first time in almost 3 weeks the car was back on the ground supporting its own weight!!!! :rockwoot: These new wheels look sweet on the car! I can't wait to have this done and driving. Bolted the Strut Tower Brace back onto the car and took it for my first drive! Unfortunately no video of that today. It was loud and ran funky. Had to keep it running anytime I came to a stop. Sounds like a freaking race car! And oh my god do those turbo's sound good when you can hear them. I tried to keep the rpm's down to stay out of boost but I still heard them!!!! Yeah baby!!!
Monday I get my alignment and my replacement rear wheel shows up (UPS had the wrong address on Friday so no wheel..... and they are not open on Saturday for me to pick it up....DOH!). Then it's off to PFE to get the exhaust plumbed. After that it gets the tune and I am finally back on the road!!!! I can't wait!
