i had these around 97-98

this is just your standard issue 88 2,3 notch with some reversed wheels and sounds. That was the shit back then...lol

I had intentions of swapping my efi mustang ho engine from my 86 turbocoupe in there, but the motor ended up disappearing on me. Its all good though. I did a partial trade for this car and got the 86 in the next post from my buddy Tom.

Im too young to know what those days were.. someone wanna enlighten me on reverse wheels?

2nd pic. They stick out from the wheel wells. All teh offset is outside of teh fender. Handled like ass, but looked gangsta...lol

hahah thats what i figured it was, how do you get that look? some kinda spacer on the wheel lugs to push it out farther?

lol on the gangsta' whip. took balls to post that up.....

after the mullet phase I went to that...lol.

Glad those days are over. Once I sold the 86 I bought an 89 formula. After realizing how slow those third gens were I got back into the mustangs and never went back.

Its kinda funny. Cobra Tom has a few pictures of his cars from back then and they have the same background.

haha what area was that notch in?? i wanna say i remember a notch with wheels like that driving around.

i like the 4 eye thought, i think i want my next build (whenever that is) to be an old 4 eye

HEY! turd gens are not slo......ok never mind

 nice cars

that look was cool, back in teh day...lol

I lived in Howell and worked in Hamburg and went to whitmore lake alot.

Not all third gens are slow, but they were not as cheap and easy as teh foxes.
