looks good will it be out in the spring
Thanks. I have most of the parts/ pieces to get it running. It's just the time commitment to get it done for 2009. Good luck with yours!keep up the great work mine is a complete shell and would love to have it running by this summer.
nice work!
I removed the seat support that spans the floorpan. I'll be starting on
replacing the drivers side floor pan this week hopefully. I also made
and installed some patch panels to replace the swiss cheese in the
floor from where i mounted my B&M shifter between the seats. Here's a
link.

+1 to you sir that car should be nice as hell when your done with it, i wish i had half the ambition as you to get my car done lol
I am doing the SAME exact thing to my 86 haha... Before you go any further, I wanted to show you something that I found.
FINALLY a place that sells the WHOLE FLOOR for fox body mustangs!!!!!
OMG FORD SHEETMETAL
Although, i will only need patches, i couldn't believe my eyes when i stumbled on that this website.
Progress looks great!
I have the passenger side floor 99.99% done. Just a couple small welds and that side will be finished. I also have most of the drivers side cut out and ready for the new sheetmetal. I installed 2" X 2" pieces of box tubing that run from the rocker panels over to the trans tunnel. I may install some tubing on the front and run it from the inner-rocker to the subframe connector, we'll see. I'll weld my roll bar to that instead of just a metal plate on the floorpan. I cut my main hoop to fit and tacked it in just to mock it up somewhat. Once i'm 100% sure that's ready i'll add the rear down tubes and finish weld that stuff. Subframe connectors will go on after that stuff is done.I'm figuring just a couple more weeks and it'll be a roller once again.
