I may have a buyer (my Mother-in-law) but the catch is she only has $14K that she is willing to spend. She would be paying cash... So what this means is~

No Loan approval needed.
No more Tire Kicking.
Immediate sale.
You could go get what you want.

(no $200 finding fee as I would prefer you to give that discount to her towards the sale)

Al, how much just to taxi me around on snowy days? And to and from the bar? This would entail you driving with chauffeur's hat, and me sitting in the back seat.
