After having 4 people not be able to qualify for a loan, and one guy have his wife tell him he couldn't buy a "fancy SUV," these "potential buyers" don't get me all hot and bothered. :lol: I'll be excited when I sign the bill of sale and drive over to a dealership and buy a new car. :D

Sad indeed. 2 of these guys were Big 3 guys off of work who had just unloaded their new vehicles which they had higher payments on. I felt bad. One of them tried to go through me for financing and there was nothing I could do to help him, no matter how hard I tried. :(
 
man thats to bad.. I feel bad for alot of people in Michigan.. our work helped 3 familys this year.. and my fiance is a loan advisor for a credit union.. its sad the storys she comes home from work with daily..
 
My neighbor did that!
He had his house listed for close to 2.5 years...He offered a 2 year lease of a car, the house was sold in a month and a half.

Al, I have a guy that will approve loans with 0 down on people with credit scores as low as 500. The rate sucks, but with score like that, im sure the client wont be shocked!! Call me if you need his contact info.

That's a nice Explorer, good luck selling it.

If I'm not mistaken, I've met you before at your work (I'll keep that private), I have a black Lincoln LS and was actually there seeing about getting an explorer financed.

It really is sharp in person too guys.

Hey Al, I'm still trying to get this truck from you. I'm just waiting for my car to sell. I had a guy look at it Friday and he seemed pretty interested so hopefully something goes through soon!

I'll get a hold of you as soon as my car sells.
