I listened to the court case. The pawnshop has a buyer but the judge appointed a receiver to find the best purchaser for the track. They said the track needs repairs before it can open this year.

They still have to the 9th to sell without court involvement. After the 9th the receiver can/will take over.

I see the moto cross track is open this weekend. I believe they lease from the dragway. Not sure if that means anything at all but hopefully that is a positive.

Im an optimist (for the most part). If someone shows up with a big enough bag of cash they can make impossible things happen.

I heard they shut the motocross track down last Saturday. Are they back in court today?

They ran Sat & Sun last weekend and last Wednesday night. They know they are day to day depending on how the court case goes. Am told the MX track owners have a plan B (alternate site) if needed. According to the court docket they are represented in court (along with about 100 other people). A lot of lawyers buying BMWs after this is over.
